Alissa Yeargin, MSR, CCC-SLP, is a speech-language pathologist specializing in adult and adolescent voice, upper airway, and swallowing disorders. She graduated *summa cum laude* from Clemson University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in English and earned her Master of Science in Rehabilitation in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2009. A member of Phi Beta Kappa and certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), Alissa brings both academic excellence and clinical expertise to her work.
She began her career in adult acute care at Prisma Health and joined *Greenville Ear, Nose and Throat Associates* in 2012, where she focuses on rehabilitation for patients with head and neck cancer. Alissa is passionate about educating the community on vocal health and cancer risk factors, and she enjoys mentoring future speech-language pathologists.
