Anastasia Raymer, PhD, CCC-SLP, is a professor in the Department of Communication Disorders and Special Education at Old Dominion University. She earned her BS Ed in Communicative Disorders from the University of Wisconsin and her MA and PhD in Speech Pathology from the University of Florida. For over four decades, Dr. Raymer has conducted research to improve rehabilitation outcomes for individuals with neurologic communication disorders, with support from the NIH and the Department of Defense. She has authored more than 75 publications and delivered hundreds of presentations across national and international venues. Dr. Raymer is a Fellow of ASHA, past president of the Academy of Neurologic Communication Disorders and Sciences, and former coordinator of ASHA’s Special Interest Group 2. Unlimited
