Archie Soelaeman, MA, CCC-SLP (she/her), is the Manager of School Speech-Language Services and a speech-language pathologist at Helping Hand School, a therapeutic day school in Countryside, Illinois. She provides services to students with a primary diagnosis of autism and collaborates daily with a multidisciplinary team. With over 16 years of experience in this setting, her clinical interests include autism spectrum disorders, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), and apraxia. Archie serves as co-president of the Asian Pacific Islander Speech-Language-Hearing Caucus, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to connecting API groups, addressing shared concerns in education, and advocating for equitable speech and hearing services across diverse API communities. She is a native speaker of Bahasa Indonesia and has conversational proficiency in Spanish.
