Ariel Belmont, MS-SLP, is a Speech and Language Pathologist working for Ed Theory LLC in the Bay Area of San Francisco. His expertise lies in bilingualism for English-Spanish-speaking clients who have speech, language, and communication differences. Currently, Mr. Belmont is supporting elementary students with diverse speech, language, and communication differences at Oakland Unified School District, orienting general education teachers about referrals for related services. His work has most recently focused on the active implementation of a bridge between the general education and the special education settings while being an active member of the Student Study Teams at his assigned site. Mr. Belmont earned a master’s in speech-language pathology and a postgraduate degree in Cognitive Neuropsychology in school-aged students with diverse communication differences associated with neurodivergent cognitive profiles from the University of Chile in Santiago.
