Dr. Arturo Taca, Jr., M.D. is currently the Medical Director of INSynergy Alcohol and Drug Treatment Program in St. Louis, Missouri. He is a psychiatrist and addictionologist. Dr. Taca is Triple Board Certified in General Psychiatry, Addiction Medicine, and Preventive Medicine. He completed medical school at the University of The East in Manila, Philippines, and general psychiatry training at St. Louis University School of Medicine. He has previously served as Past President of the American Society of Addiction Medicine Midwest Chapter and currently serves as Chairman of the Addiction Committee of the Missouri Psychiatric Physicians Society. Along with providing innovative addiction management services, he is a provider of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) for treatment-resistant depression and OCD at Greenbrook TMS Neuro-Health Center. He is the medical director at Restore Brain TMS. Dr. Taca is an Adjunct Instructor at St. Louis University School of Medicine where he continues to teach medical students and residents interested in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. He is a clinical instructor at Mercy Medical Center in the Department of Psychiatry. He has the following Board Certifications and Honorary Distinctions: Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Diplomate of the American Board of Addiction Medicine (ABAM), Diplomate of the American Board of Preventive Medicine, and Distinguished Fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine.
