BeckyAnn Harker
PhD, CCC-SLP
Dr. BeckyAnn Harker has been an SLP for over 25 years, working in outpatient clinics and in the schools. She got her PhD in 2024 in Special Education from Kent (Ohio) State University and is currently an assistant professor of speech-language pathology at Monmouth University in New Jersey. Her primary area of interest is in child speech and language disorders, and she loves sharing her knowledge and experience with others. Her research interests have focused on functional outcomes for students, from vocabulary to narrative language intervention. She has written and presented on the topic of service delivery and caseload management from the lens of improving her own job satisfaction and student outcomes.
