Bianca Roe graduated from the University of Arizona with her Nutritional Sciences degree and completed her dietetic internship in Tucson, Arizona. Upon entering the field, she went straight into pediatrics and became the dietitian for Mealtime Connections working alongside many incredible feeding therapists, including Marsha Dunn Klein, OTR/L, MED, FAOTA. She specialized in several areas including tube feeds, food allergies, and genetic disorders. After a few years of practice, she went off to complete her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy at Northern Arizona University. While completing her OTD Bianca completed both the SOS basic and advanced courses and had the incredible opportunity to work with Dr. Kay Toomey, Ph.D. during her 16-week doctoral capstone. Bianca now works in outpatient pediatrics in Chicago combining both her OT and RD areas of practice to provide direct client services and offer free parent educational workshops.
