Cheryl Pelletier, MS, CCC-SLP, CPFT, is an ASHA-certified speech-language pathologist and Certified Pediatric Feeding Therapist™ with over 37 years of experience in evaluating and treating medically complex patients across the lifespan. She holds a B.S. in Speech & Hearing Science from Elmira College and an M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology from Northeastern University.
Cheryl is the founder of Gnosh, Inc., a feeding-swallowing private practice, and the inventor of the Side Biter and Mini Biter—patented therapeutic tools designed to support chewing and swallowing skill development in patients with dysphagia. Her clinical work spans acute care, home-based, and outpatient settings, with a focus on co-treatment alongside dietitians, physical therapists, and occupational therapists. A Certified Lactation Counselor since 2008, Cheryl also provides international seminars, homecare services, staff mentoring, and professional workshops through Gnosh, Inc. and Feed the Peds Company.
