For over two decades, Snow’s work as a teaching artist has focused on using the arts as a vehicle for social change and empowerment. He has collaborated with Emmy Award-winning filmmaker Lisa Russell for more than ten years, developing performances, workshops, and dialogue around arts and education in partnership with the United Nations.
Snow has led workshops and masterclasses in prisons, hospitals, public and private schools, and universities—including Harvard University, Juilliard, New York University, University of Wisconsin–Platteville, the Kingdom of Bhutan, and the U.S. State Department through American Voices—as well as at numerous theaters across the country. He is a longtime teaching artist with New Victory Theater and, more recently, with The Town Hall in New York City, where he created a storytelling intensive for young incarcerated men at Rikers Island Correctional Facility.
