Crystal Murphree-Holden, MA, CCC-SLP, is the Director of Distance Education and a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of South Carolina. A faculty member since 2004, she is actively involved in academic instruction, clinical education, and graduate student training. Prior to her current role, she served as an adjunct clinical instructor for twelve years. Crystal’s professional background includes work in public schools, private practice, rehabilitation facilities, community clinics, and university settings. She currently serves as Vice President for Higher Education and CE Content Consultant for the South Carolina Speech-Language-Hearing Association (SCSHA), where she is also a Past President and former Chair of Professional Standards–Ethical Practices. Crystal has presented on ethics and supervision at local, state, and national levels.
