Crystal Ulat, MA, CCC-SLP, is a seasoned speech-language pathologist and Therapist Manager at E-Therapy, where she oversees the hiring, training, mentoring, and ongoing support of approximately 60 multidisciplinary E-Therapists. With 23 years of clinical experience, Crystal brings deep expertise in early intervention and early childhood language disorders, and a heartfelt commitment to supporting children and families.
She serves as an ASHA S.T.E.P. Mentor, guiding the next generation of professionals with warmth and wisdom. Crystal is passionate about fostering growth through intentional relationships—believing that students, families, and therapists all thrive with encouragement and connection.
