Crystal Ulat MA., CCC-SLP is a Therapist Manager with E-Therapy where she has the privilege of hiring, training, mentoring, and providing continued support for approximately 60 therapists across different disciplines in their roles as E-Therapists. As an SLP for the last 23 years, she has worked in a variety of settings and have extensive training in the areas of early intervention/early childhood language disorders and love working with children and families that need support in this area. Crystal is also an ASHA S.T.E.P. Mentor, working with the future of our profession. She has a passion for people in general and students, families, and therapists in particular. Crystal believes that we all need support, encouragement, and intentional relationships to learn, grow, and succeed. Crystal and her husband and three children are currently stationed with the military in lovely Alabama, and apart from her career, she loves to travel and cook. Unlimited
