Dakota M. Sharp, AuD, CCC-A, is a clinical assistant professor at the University of North Carolina–Chapel Hill and a pediatric cochlear implant audiologist at the Children’s Cochlear Implant Center at UNC. He earned both his undergraduate and Doctor of Audiology degrees from James Madison University and completed his externship at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.
Dr. Sharp is deeply committed to mentoring and training the next generation of audiologists. This passion led him to create *On The Ear: An Audiology Podcast*, where he interviews experts across the communication sciences to explore emerging research, clinical insights, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
