Diana Parafiniuk, MS, CCC-SLP, is the Founder and Chief Innovations Officer of E-Therapy, a nationally recognized leader in the teletherapy market. With over 20 years of experience in speech-language pathology and education, Diana pioneered E-Therapy to deliver high-quality online therapy services and solutions to PreK–12 schools across the United States.
Before launching E-Therapy in 2009, Diana worked extensively as a speech-language pathologist and identified teletherapy as a more efficient and accessible model for service delivery. Her vision and leadership have earned her numerous accolades, including the inaugural Women Achievers of Arizona Award and recognition among the Top 50 Women Leaders in Arizona.
