Diane Postman holds a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and a master’s degree in Special Education. She spent 31 years in the public schools teaching early childhood and ECSE. She has been a presenter for over 35 years. Diane wears several hats in the field of education. Her business, Training Wheels Consulting, (http://www.trainingwheelsconsulting.com/ ; https://www.facebook.com/TrainingWheelsConsulting/ ) provides staff development workshops for public and private schools, daycares, and agencies such as Head Start and the Infant/Toddler Specialist Network. Secondly, Diane is a Professional Development Specialist for The Council for Professional Development, providing verification visits for candidates working towards a Child Development Associate Credential (CDA.) Diane’s third “hat” is serving as an early literacy coach for Child Development Resources, an infant/toddler program serving children with special needs and their families, as well as preschool providers.
