Dr. Emily Zimmerman is a speech-language pathologist and an Associate Professor in the Department of Communication Sciences & Disorders and the Associate Chair for Research and Innovation at Northeastern University. Dr. Zimmerman directs the Speech and Neurodevelopment Lab (SNL). The main goal of the SNL is to create assessments and therapeutic interventions that enhance suck, swallow, respiration, and neurodevelopmental outcomes.
