Janice M. Wright, MA, CCC-SLP, is an Assistant Clinical Professor at Ohio University in Athens, Ohio, where she serves as Director of Clinical Education for speech-language pathology graduate students. She supervises clinical services at the university’s on-campus feeding clinic and teaches courses in Pediatric Feeding Disorders, Professional Issues, and Multicultural Issues at the graduate level. Janice is a co-founder and co-director of the *Botswana Interprofessional Service-Learning Program*, a site visitor for the Council of Academic Programs, and an active member of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee for the Ohio Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Her professional interests include pediatric feeding disorders, the art of supervision, and advancing diversity and inclusion in clinical education. She has presented nationally and internationally—including in Taipei, Taiwan and Botswana, Africa—and is a certified trainer for the *Bridges out of Poverty*, *National Mental Health First Aid*, *Not A Single Drop*, and *Diversity Essential* programs. Outside of her professional life, Janice proudly embraces her role as Nana to three grandsons, three grand cats, and three grand dogs.
