Jordyn R. Montique, M.S., CCC-SLP is a speech-language pathologist and the owner of RAYNE Therapy, a private practice providing therapy for clients, school contracting, and professional development hours (PDHs). She is the author of The Culturally Responsive Clinician Handbook and the creator of JRCtheSLP, LLC, where she speaks, consults, and develops diverse therapy materials. Through her platform, @JRC_theSLP, Jordyn advocates for Black and marginalized communities, pushes for equity in the field, and inspires others to “be the person you needed when you were younger.” She is also the creator of The SLP Social Seen, a one-of-a-kind networking and community event for speech-language pathologists.
