Kate Izquierdo, MA, CCC-SLP, is the owner of L.E.I. Administrative Solutions, LLC. With a background as a speech-language pathologist, she is uniquely positioned to provide administrative support services to private practice owners and fellow SLPs. Kate earned her master’s degree in Communicative Disorders and Sciences from the State University of New York at Buffalo and her bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Geneseo, where she double-majored in Spanish and Interpersonal and Organizational Communication.
With ten years of experience in the field, Kate has supported both adults and children with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing challenges. Her passions include working with bilingual individuals from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and supporting individuals who benefit from augmentative and alternative communication (AAC).
L.E.I. Administrative Solutions specializes in tailored support for speech, language, and feeding private practice owners across the United States. Kate’s primary goal is to help others achieve work-life balance—a vision that began when she and her husband welcomed their first child in October 2020.
