Dr. Kay Toomey, PhD, is a Pediatric Psychologist with over 35 years of experience working with children who struggle with feeding. She is the creator of the *SOS Approach to Feeding*, a family-centered program designed to assess and treat feeding difficulties in children. Her approach is recognized internationally, and she regularly presents at conferences and workshops around the world. Dr. Toomey played a key role in establishing *The Children’s Hospital – Denver’s Pediatric Oral Feeding Clinic* and the *Pediatric Feeding Center* at *Rose Medical Center*, where she also co-chaired the Pediatric Therapy Services Department before transitioning into private practice. She served as Clinical Director for *Toomey & Associates, Inc.’s Feeding Clinic* and later for *SOS Feeding Solutions @ STAR*, before shifting her focus to clinical consultation and education. Currently, Dr. Toomey serves as President of *Toomey & Associates, Inc.*, continuing her mission to support children and families through innovative feeding interventions and professional training.
