KiKi L’Italien is a communications strategist and community builder who helps organizations strengthen the connection between their mission and their members. She has shaped strategic communications for a wide range of nonprofit and corporate clients, including the National Foundation for Credit Counseling, Distilled Spirits Council of the United States, Interstate Natural Gas Association of America, American Institute of Architects, and QVC.
KiKi is the CEO of Amplified Growth and a senior consultant with Tecker International. She is a sought-after speaker on strategic planning, digital strategy, and cultivating communities of trust.
She is also the creator and host of Association Chat, a thriving online community, blog, and podcast that reaches over 72,000 individuals each month. Her thought leadership has earned her recognition as one of Cvent’s “20 Event Professionals You Should Be Following” (2021), BizTech Magazine’s “30 Nonprofit IT Influencers to Follow” (2021), and a Meetings Trendsetter by Meetings Today (2022).
KiKi has served on the Membership and Component Relations Section Councils for ASAE and was inducted into the Hall of Fame for Organizational Leadership by the Association for Women in Events at IMEX (2019).
