Kimry Schwarz, MS, CCC-SLP, is a licensed speech-language pathologist based in Montrose, Colorado, with over two decades of clinical and leadership experience. She earned her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Loma Linda University in 1998 and holds licensure in Colorado, Utah, California, and Pennsylvania. She is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
In 2015, Kimry founded Advanced Dysphagia Diagnostics (ADD) LLC, which provides Mobile FEES services to hospitals and skilled nursing facilities across CO, UT, PA, and OH. ADD also offers consulting in caseload development, treatment planning, and FEES training. In addition, Kimry owns an outpatient therapy clinic in Montrose specializing in swallowing and voice disorders.
Kimry began her career in Southern California at Loma Linda University Medical Center and later worked with Rehab Without Walls. After relocating to Colorado in 2006, she established the speech program for the Acute Rehab Program at Montrose Memorial Hospital and served for many years as a Rehab Director in skilled nursing. Her clinical experience spans acute care, subacute rehab, long-term care, and outpatient therapy.
She currently serves as a Problem-Based Learning Educational Facilitator for the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders at Loma Linda University’s School of Allied Health Professions. In 2012, she was honored with the Distinguished Alumni of the Year Award from Loma Linda University.
Beyond her clinical and academic roles, Kimry is a passionate volunteer and community advocate. Since 1993, she has volunteered with Extreme Mobility Camps for the Blind, a faith-based nonprofit offering outdoor experiences for visually impaired youth. She also founded Life Over Lines, an initiative promoting avalanche safety and awareness for backcountry skiers.
