Kimry Schwarz is a Speech-Language Pathologist practicing in Montrose Colorado. She received her
M.S. Degree from Loma Linda University in 1998. She is a member of ASHA and holds SLP licenses in
the states of CO, UT, CA, and PA. In 2015 Kimry founded Advanced Dysphagia Diagnostics (ADD) LLC which provides Mobile FEES services to hospitals and nursing facilities throughout CO, UT, PA and OH. ADD also provides consulting services for caseload development, patient treatment planning assistance, and FEES training. Kimry also owns an Outpatient Therapy Clinic in Montrose CO specializing in Swallowing and Voice disorders. Kimry is currently a Problem Based Learning Educational Facilitator for the Department of CommunicationmSciences and Disorders, School of Allied Health Professionals at Loma Linda University.
Kimry began her career in Southern California where she had the honor of working at Loma Linda
University Medical Center. While living in CA, she also worked with Rehab Without Walls. Kimry
moved to Colorado in 2006 where she was tasked with establishing a Speech program for the new
Acute Rehab Program at Montrose Memorial Hospital. She also served many years as a Rehab
Director for a skilled rehab facility. She has a breadth of adult experience in the areas of acute care,
acute and subacute rehab, long-term care, and outpatient therapy settings. Kimry has received
numerous Management performance awards and in 2012 she received the Distinguished Alumni of
the Year award from Loma Linda University, Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders.
Since 1993, Kimry has been a volunteer with Extreme Mobility Camps for the Blind which is a faith-based non-profit organization providing unique outdoor opportunities for teens and young adults with
visual impairments. Kimry also founded Life Over Lines which promotes avalanche training and
awareness to Backcountry skiers. When not working, she loves to travel, ski, backpack, and take full
advantage of living in the Colorado mountains. Unlimited
