Kristi Shanks, MS, CCC-SLP, is a seasoned speech-language pathologist with 25 years of experience serving pediatric clients across diverse settings, including school-based (in-person and virtual), home health, private clinics, and hospital-based outpatient care. Her clinical expertise spans a wide range of communication and feeding disorders, and she is trained in both the Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding and Language Acquisition through Motor Planning (LAMP).
For the past seven years, Kristi has been a vital part of E-Therapy, where she currently serves as Therapist Manager. In this leadership role, she oversees hiring, supervision, and mentorship of therapists across disciplines—fostering clinical excellence and collaborative growth.
