Lily Gullion, MSOT, OTR/L, is a PhD candidate in Occupational Science at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a licensed occupational therapist in the state of North Carolina. She has a background as a pediatric occupational therapist working in outpatient settings and school feeding programs. Currently, Lily is working on her dissertation, a critical discourse analysis of school meal policies from 2020 to 2024. She is also passionate about disability advocacy and actively involved with disability policy organizations. Lily received the 2023 North Carolina Occupational Therapy Association Award of Advocacy. She is affiliated with Feeding Matters and holds memberships with the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) and the Council for Exceptional Children (CEC).
