Lisa Park, AuD, CCC-A, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She also serves as Division Chief of The Children’s Cochlear Implant Center and Research Audiologist within the Division of Auditory Research.
Dr. Park’s clinical research centers on expanding cochlear implant candidacy for children who are deaf or hard of hearing. Her work focuses on optimizing programming strategies for non-traditional pediatric cochlear implant recipients and evaluating outcomes related to speech perception, spatial hearing, and quality of life.
She is also a principal investigator on studies exploring cochlear implantation in children with single-sided deafness, aiming to improve early intervention and long-term auditory development. Unlimited
