MS, CCC-SLP
Lisa Treviso-Jones, MS, CCC-SLP, is a Senior Speech-Language Pathologist at the University of Colorado Hospital with over 15 years of experience in acute care and acute rehabilitation settings. As a primary therapist for the rehabilitation, neonatal, and burn units, she also provides assessment and treatment across the hospital’s 700-bed facility.
Lisa co-authored Chapter 74: *Dysphagia and Aspiration* in *ENT Secrets* (4th ed.), has guest lectured for graduate-level students at the University of Colorado, and mentored participants in Susan Langmore’s FEES course. Known affectionately by her colleagues as the “queen of small talk,” she is recognized for her skill in assessing language function during extended patient interactions—especially during awake craniotomies and tumor removals.
A certified Spanish medical interpreter, Lisa enjoys speaking Spanish both professionally and while traveling. Outside of work, she spends time with her family river rafting, kayaking, and hiking in the summer, and snowboarding or snowshoeing in the winter. Unlimited
