Megan Pesch
MD, MS
Dr. Megan Pesch, MD, MS, is a board-certified Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrician and researcher based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. A graduate of the University of Michigan Medical School, her clinical work centers on evaluating and treating children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorders, and behavioral challenges—including those affected by congenital cytomegalovirus (CMV).
Motivated by her personal experience as a parent of a child born with congenital CMV, Dr. Pesch founded the Michigan CMV Project to promote awareness and prevention strategies throughout the Ann Arbor region. She is a former president of the National CMV Foundation and continues to advocate for early screening and evidence-based care for children with CMV-related conditions.
Dr. Pesch’s research explores health service delivery for congenital diseases, with a focus on CMV screening, provider education, and developmental outcomes. She resides in Ann Arbor with her husband and three daughters. Unlimited
