With a background in pediatric nursing, clinical research, and leadership, Melanie brings nearly two decades of
experience to the table—but it’s her role as a mom that has shaped her most deeply. A proud mom to two boys (1 GLP and 1 ALP), Melanie blends her clinical expertise with her lived experience to speak openly
and compassionately about neurodiversity, advocacy, and supporting families through every step of their journey.
