Nicole Perman is a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist with over 15 years of experience in the field. She earned her undergraduate degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences and a Master's of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Minnesota State University Moorhead (MSUM). Nicole holds her Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA), and has spent 12 years working in educational settings, complemented by 4 years of experience in clinical practice. Passionate about literacy, Nicole has specialized training in the Lindamood Bell Phoneme Sequencing Program (LIPS) and is a certified LETRS Facilitator, equipping her with effective strategies to enhance language and reading skills among her students and the students served by others in her cooperative area. Currently, she serves the Lake Park Audubon School District, where she works with
students in grades K-12. As an active member of both the academic and behavioral Multi-Tiered
Systems of Support (MTSS) teams, Nicole is committed to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments. In her role, she also serves as a Teacher-Child Interaction Training (TCIT) Coach, guiding educators in building positive relationships with their students. Additionally, she leads the Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) team, promoting a culture of respect and positive behavior within her school community. Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband, cheering on their three children in various activities. Nicole and her family love to spend time outdoors. Nicole’s dedication to her
