Pam Marshalla, MA, CCC-SLP, was an inspiration to many and played a vital role in launching this company. Her guidance, mentorship, and dedication continue to shape our work, and we remain profoundly grateful for her lasting impact. Though she is no longer with us, her legacy lives on in the countless speech-language pathologists she taught, mentored, and inspired.
A practicing speech-language pathologist for over 30 years, Pam worked with children of all ages and ability levels in schools, hospitals, private practices, and university settings. She was a highly sought-after speaker, presenting at hundreds of conferences and seminars across the United States and Canada.
Pam founded and led Innovative Concepts Inc., a continuing education company, for 15 years. She also co-founded the Oral Motor Institute and served on the advisory board of the Library of Speech-Language Pathology.
