Robin Shobe, EdD, MS, CCC-SLP, is a licensed and certified speech-language pathologist with over 20 years of experience in public school and private clinic settings. She specializes in supporting children and adults with complex communication needs, combining clinical expertise with a deep commitment to educational equity.
Robin currently serves in the Student Services Unit at the Oregon Department of Education (ODE), where she coordinates the ODE Speech-Language Scholarship Program, produces the annual Special Education Report Cards, and acts as the county liaison for David Douglas County. She also serves as the state’s Accessible Educational Materials (AEM) coordinator, promoting inclusive access to instruction, curriculum, and learning environments.
She maintains the state-sponsored website AugmentOregon.com, a resource hub that highlights how both low- and high-tech solutions can remove barriers and support high-quality education for all students.
