Sofia Roller

Sofia Roller, AuD, is a clinical audiologist in private practice outside Baltimore, Maryland. Born with genetic single-sided deafness and raised in a family of deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals, Dr. Roller brings personal insight and deep empathy to her work in hearing healthcare.
She earned both her undergraduate and clinical doctorate degrees in Audiology (AuD) from James Madison University. A fellow of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology, Dr. Roller currently serves as president of the Maryland Academy of Audiology, where she has also held roles as convention chair (2018–2019) and Member-at-Large.
Her clinical passions include early intervention for congenital hearing loss, improving quality of life through advanced hearing technology, and advocating for accommodations that empower individuals with hearing loss across all stages of life.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Roller enjoys playing sports, experimenting with nail art, collecting indoor plants, exploring new restaurants and recipes, and daydreaming about the beach. Unlimited
