Dr. Steven Sireci is an Executive Director of Medical Affairs who serves as the Head of Medical Affairs - Americas for Bracco. He has been with the company for 22 years in various medical scientific roles. In his Medical Affairs role, Dr. Sireci provides scientific support and training on Bracco contrast media to the Bracco Diagnostics Sales Force and customer base in North America. He is also currently involved in clinical research and regulatory support for Bracco nuclear medicine products, most notably CardioGen-82 (rubidium Rb 82 generator) and Kinevac (sincalide). He also supports marketing, scientific communication and education for Bracco’s Varibar® product line, and for the company’s barium sulfate products in general. Dr. Sireci received his M.D. degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, and completed residency training in Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine at St. Vincent’s Hospital and Medical Center of New York. He is board certified in both of those specialties. Before entering industry, he served for several years at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center in New York as an Assistant Professor of Radiology.
