Tor is a highly specialist speech and language therapist in the United Kingdom. She has worked for the NHS as a speech therapist for almost 15 years and is currently employed as Clinical Lead Speech Therapist in the Upper Airway Service in the city of Oxford. She has also practiced privately since 2014 and owns VoiceFit - a private speech therapy practice. Tor loves helping people overcome complex voice and upper airway disorders that can affect health and quality of life. VoiceFit specializes in the treatment of voice disorders but also chronic cough and athletes with Exercise-Induced Laryngeal Obstruction. Tor works in a team of ENT doctors, respiratory physicians, respiratory physiotherapists and vocal coaches both in the NHS and private sectors. Tor has always enjoyed supporting and mentoring therapists who want to specialize in voice. She works with individuals and groups to provide bespoke voice training and supervision. She recently launched an online voice skills course for developing voice therapists. She is involved in UK based and international teaching voice and she is a student clinical placement coordinator.
